Palimpsest

One of the architectural investigations introduced to the studio group was palimpsest. The layering of one material on to another. This concept I further understood through an article by Tim Edensor- Reckoning with Ruins. In Architecture, the concept of Palimpsests folds a traceable memory of the past in the future. This concept I would like to apply in my narrative.
